TASTING NOTES
Complex aromas of blackberry and cassis and complemented with hints of mint and eucalyptus. Concentrated on the palate, dark plum, liquorice and chocolate flavours are balanced with a wonderful, fresh acidity. Pairs well with rich, nutty, or chocolate desserts, as well as with a variety of cheeses.
